At flatfair, we're proud of the culture we've built. It's one of the reasons we were recognised in the Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025 list. flatFEST is a great example of that culture in action.
Yesterday, the flatfair team came together for our annual summer event, flatFEST, a day dedicated to collaboration, creativity and celebrating the people behind everything we do.
Teams from across the business, including Product, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance and more, took part in workshops, group discussions and pitch presentations, sharing ideas that could help shape the future of flatfair. It was inspiring to see colleagues from different disciplines collaborate, challenge each other's thinking and build on innovative solutions.
Our CEO, Gary Wright, also unveiled an exciting vision for the second half of the year, outlining our H2 plans and the opportunities ahead. His presentation set the tone for the months to come, and we're excited to bring that vision to life together.

flatFEST also provided the perfect opportunity to welcome our newest team members, helping them connect with colleagues across the business and become part of the flatfair community from day one.
To round off a fantastic day, the team came together for a social dinner, giving everyone the chance to celebrate, connect and continue building the relationships that make flatfair such a great place to work.
