2022 has been a record breaking year for flatfair. We’ve seen many more agents and operators offering flatfair to their customers, which has meant that we’ve been able to help thousands more tenants and landlords than ever before.
This year we have doubled the number of flatfair plans than in 2021, which shows the rapidly growing appetite from tenants and landlords for flatfair No Deposit.
We launched with more than 100 new partners and nearly 250 new sites across the Build to Rent and lettings industry, including: Arun Estates, Dawsons Property, Miles & Barr, Wise Living, Native and Leaf Living.
With the help of our new and existing partners, we’ve been able to help more than 14,600 tenants secure their new property with significantly lower upfront move-in costs. Which means we have now saved tenants more than £29 million.
The number of landlords benefiting from market-leading protection has more than doubled this year too, with nearly 5,500 using flatfair on their properties.
flatfair landlords have more than just our market-leading protection to celebrate this year though, as we’ve also made huge improvements to our end of tenancy process. After charges were established, it took us 61% less time to arrange payment for money that they are owed, and we reduced the time taken to pay landlords for damages or rent arrears by 65%.

Our customer support team ensured consistently high levels of service throughout the year. The average wait time for replies on our live chat was a lightning quick 65 seconds, and our team achieved an immensely impressive customer satisfaction rating of 96%.
86% of email enquiries were resolved with a single response too, and 96% of customers were satisfied with their resolution.

It hasn’t all been about No Deposit this year, and we couldn’t wrap up 2022 without mentioning our latest exciting product that we successfully launched to the market, flatfair Deposits.
Deposits allows you to offer your tenants the choice on how they secure their new rental. We then manage the entire process, whichever option the tenant chooses, ensuring the choice is clear and fully compliant with the Tenant Fees Act.
We have seen some great results so far, with Greystar increasing the number of tenants using flatfair by 92%.
