From affordable housing and residential property management to Build to Rent, the nominations reflect the breadth of the work our team and partners are doing to create a better, more modern renting experience.
We’ve been shortlisted in three categories at this year’s Property Week Tech Innovation Awards:
Being recognised across three categories is particularly exciting, highlighting the role technology can play in solving real challenges across the residential property sector.
Flatfair has also been shortlisted for Professional Services Team of the Year – Residential at the RESI Awards.
This nomination recognises the people behind the technology and the work that goes into supporting our partners and delivering better experiences across the rental journey.
We’re also in the running for Technology in BTR at the Love to Rent Awards.
Build to Rent continues to be an important part of the UK rental market, and we’re proud to see our technology and work with the sector recognised.
We’re still waiting to hear the results of our entry for The Negotiator Awards, so we’re keeping our fingers crossed for another shortlist.
