flatfair to host group induction session for Century 21 franchisees

Adam Ali, flatfair’s Partnerships Manager, was proud to present our deposit alternative at the Century 21 London franchisee meeting at Lancaster Gate on Tuesday 11th September.

Century 21 Real Estate is one of the largest residential estate agency organisations in the world, with has over 8,000 independently owned and operated franchise brokers across 80 countries and territories. The Century 21 London meeting was attended by franchisees from across London and the Home Counties, representing around 50 per cent of the franchise’s UK network.

Having taken attendees through a presentation on flatfair and the benefits of deposit-free renting, Adam then spent some time answering any questions that were raised. Aman Gaur, our legal and compliance analyst, was also on hand to respond to any legal queries regarding documentation and ASTs, and Daniel Jeczmien, our co-founder, was there to chat with franchisees too. The feedback from the event was extremely positive and we’d like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Chris Summers, Head of Sales & Development, who invited us along.

On Tuesday 18th September, Adam will be heading up to Century 21’s Head Office in Nottingham to present to the company’s remaining franchisees. “It will be great to meet the rest of the branches up in Nottingham to present our deposit alternative to them. Century 21 is an exciting, fast-growing brand and I’m looking forward to strengthening our relationship with branches across the UK”.
