The latest addition to the flatfair sales team is the bright and brilliant Victoria Hardy, who’ll be helping to grow our partner base and enter the next phase of growth. If you haven’t met her yet, the chances are, you soon will.

When she first moved to London from Australia in 2011, Victoria was working the short lettings space, helping to launch AirBnB in the UK. From here, she moved to UnderTheDoormat, specialising in premium short lets in the capital, where she worked as their Business Development Director. “My role involved leading a team to acquire high quality homes for the portfolio and looking at the overall commercial strategy. This was done through forming partnerships with estate agents, property developers and foreign investors as well as lots of networking and staying on top of industry and regulatory developments,” Victoria explains.

It’s this wealth of experience and expertise that Victoria now brings to flatfair, as well a proven track record of creating and implementing a range of successful sales and business development strategies. Her drive and positivity mean she already feels like an established member of the team, and she’s passionate about what flatfair has to offer. “I could instantly see the incredible value that flatfair can offer to agents, developers, landlords and tenants,” she says. “It was also very obvious that flatfair are going places and doing so with an enthusiastic team, so I wanted to be a part of it!”

“Victoria’s energy is infectious, and we’re delighted she’ll be here to help drive our next phase of growth,” says Franz Doerr, flatfair CEO. There’s no doubt that Victoria has joined flatfair at an exciting time, as 2019 looks set to be a year of even faster growth than 2018.

“I’m excited about growing our partner base and generally being involved with everything that comes with a growing and evolving startup,” says Victoria. “flatfair has already exceeded my expectations on all fronts, so I really want to keep that momentum going.”

We’re in no doubt whatsoever that Victoria can, and will.
